About the role

Engage with and supervise children in a playroom while parents work out. Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all children. Follow TruFit safety and cleanliness protocols consistently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a daycare/childcare environment is required, along with references.
• Infant and Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification required (provided if needed).
• Excellent communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to make children feel secure.
• Energetic, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages.
• CPR certification.
