Kids Camp Counselor

Tumble Brook Country Club, located in Bloomfield, CT, is seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Kids Camp Counselor. The position is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Leading creative crafts, silly games, and fun themed activities.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where every kid feels special.
• Setting up activities, keeping things organized, and helping the day run smoothly.
• Being a role model, a buddy, a cheerleader, and a memory-maker.

Requirements

• A love for kids and a passion for creating fun.
• Positive energy and endless patience.
• Experience working with children or in a camp setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is preferred.
