What You Will Be Doing

• Operations Leads and develops the staff responsible for operations, ensuring systems, environments, and service execution run smoothly and consistently.
• Guest Experience Leads and develops the staff responsible for the guest experience and check-in, ensuring families feel welcomed, confident, and cared for.
• Events Oversees the planning and execution of key events, ensuring they are organized, impactful, and aligned with ministry goals.
• Volunteer Equipping & Engagement Leads the volunteer pipeline from onboarding to ongoing development, ensuring volunteers are equipped and confident.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least two years of experience in children’s ministry and/or related operational duties.
• Extremely organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Awareness of safety/government/medical policies and procedures to ensure a safe ministry environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Highly effective communication and collaboration skills
• Effective budgeting skills
• Proficiency in Excel other programs
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.
