Kid Zone Instructor

Position Description

This is a teaching position that assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of school age care and enrichment activities, programs and services to children grades K-5 in a safe and enriching environment.

Qualifications

• A.B. or B.S. Degree in Elementary Education (preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work in settings of high volume
• Able to work outdoors in various kinds of weather
• Skilled in use of computer

Pay and Schedule

• Schedule: 6.25 hours per day / Monday - Friday
• 31.25 hours per week
• 6:45 AM - 10:00 AM
• 2:45 PM - 5:45 PM
• 183 days plus field trips
• Pay Range/Classification: $26.57 - $29.92 per hour depending on experience
