About the Role
We’re hiring dependable, friendly Sales Associates (part-time and full-time) to join the team at our Kid to Kid Huntersville location. At Kid to Kid, we buy gently used clothes, shoes, toys, and equipment from the community—paying cash on the spot or offering even more in store credit—and sell those items at huge discounts. Our focus is on sustainable fashion, upcycling, and helping the environment while supporting families and their budgets.
When you join a Kid to Kid location operated by Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), you’ll be part of the largest multi-unit group in the Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate systems, with nearly 30 locations across six states. SRG is led by a female founder who grew up in the business, ensuring leadership understands retail from the inside out. We offer corporate-level infrastructure with a non-corporate feel, aggressive growth goals, and real opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service—our store vibe is everything.
- Organize racks, tag, and hang clothing.
- Test toys and assemble equipment.
- Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us.
- Create posts for our social media pages.
- Merchandise the store, including organizing toy and shoe sections to make the store look appealing.
