About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Engage in movement-based learning and imaginative play
• Maintain a fun and professional demeanor while ensuring safety and quality of instruction

Requirements

• Ability to work with children aged 4 months to 12 years
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to various teaching situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required

• Ability to maintain a cheerful and energetic personality
