Kid Check Attendant - Cast Member

About the role

This position is available at Chuck E. Cheese locations where you can help ensure that everyone who comes together, leaves together! You'll be responsible for assisting guests and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility
• Assist guests with their needs, including but not limited to finding tables, answering questions, and directing guests to restrooms
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support team members in providing exceptional guest service
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Be at least 15 years of age
• Available to work various shifts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift

Pay and Benefits

• Pay range: $18.47 - $19.47 hourly
• Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold!
• Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold!
• Bi-weekly pay (unless state law requires otherwise)
