Responsibilities

• Ensure kids can run and play safely while maintaining order during scheduled shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure everyone leaves together.
• Be flexible and willing to cross-train in various positions to support the team.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed during scheduled shifts.
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 15 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts.

Pay

Commission potential varies based on position type:

• Exempt: Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).
• Non-Exempt: Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).
