Kid Check Attendant - Cast Member

About the role

This position is available at Chuck E. Cheese locations. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and available to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kids can run and play safely while maintaining order.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with merchandise sales, including memberships and Fun Passes.
• Participate in cross-training to gain experience in various positions.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat.

• Minimum age requirement: 15 years old.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16.90 - $17.90.
• Commission potential: Up to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and up to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold.
• Commission paid bi-weekly.
