KIA SERVICE TECHNICIAN - HIRING NOW - NEW DEALERSHIP COMING 2027

Whether you’re just starting your journey as an Automotive Service Technician or you’re a seasoned Master Technician, we want to meet you. We’re growing fast—and so is our Kia Service team at our new Village Point location, coming in January 2027. This position will start at our H+H KIA location at 10902 S 150th Street in Papillion.

About the role

• Repair damaged or malfunctioning vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
• Work with cutting-edge technology and manufacturer support
• Frequently use hand tools and power tools
• Maximize Customer Satisfaction by providing the best service to each individual
• Majority of work is Customer Pay (CP) – 65% CP work mix
• Collaborate with a team that respects your skills and invests in your growth

We are hiring all Technician levels: Express Services (Maintenance Level), Professional, Senior, and Master Level.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• A clean driving record
• High energy, partnered with a positive attitude
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (50 lbs. overhead) throughout the day
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
