Responsibilities
- Perform lube oil filter services in a professional manner.
- Perform vehicle inspections as required.
- Provide excellent customer service for all customers, both external and internal.
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Maintain the work area in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
- Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager.
- Complete 'lube' work within the allotted time.
- Set and achieve personal performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work area.
- Avoid leaving the vehicle cleaner than when it was dropped off.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
Physical Requirements
- Spend time moving throughout the company facility for most of the shift.
- Work outdoors in the weather and elements.
- Sit occasionally.
- Stand for prolonged periods.
- Walk on a regular basis.
- Bend, twist, and/or stoop on a regular basis.
- Kneel and/or squat on a regular basis.
- Lift over 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Reach and/or lift overhead on a regular basis.
- Climb stairs.
- Make repetitive hand/finger movements on a regular basis.
- Grasp/grab with hands on a regular basis.
- Push and/or pull on a regular basis.
