Responsibilities
- Aid and guide customers
- Accurately process sales transactions
- Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements
- Manage store operations, including closing and opening procedures, key management, and security systems
- Receive and organize merchandise inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Prevent theft and protect company assets
- Support and assist other staff members as needed
- Assist with training and mentoring new employees
- Handle managerial responsibilities when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Basic mathematical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in retail
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
