About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Kfz-Mechatroniker / Kfz-Monteur (w/m/d) with the additional role of Betriebsleiter (HWK) (w/m/d) at our Carglass® location. The position is full-time, permanent, and available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Oversee technical and operational responsibilities on-site, ensuring compliance with Carglass® standards and daily task planning.
• Provide customer service from order acceptance to vehicle return with a strong service orientation.
• Create invoices, manage customer funds, and handle order processing and dispatch.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade.
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector.
• Experience as a Kfz-Meister (w/m/d), Kfz-Mechatroniker (w/m/d), Kfz-Mechaniker (w/m/d), or Karosseriebauer (w/m/d).
• Willingness to complete the required qualification exam or already holding the Betriebsleiter (HWK) (w/m/d) certification.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B), solid PC skills, and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

• Starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month (full-time, 39 hours/week) with vocational training; part-time options available.
