About the role

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Operate restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and cleaning tasks.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but background in customer service, food handling, cash handling, safety standards, or fast-food is a plus.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $15.00 per hour - $16.50 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts may vary and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Specific schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.
