KFC SARATOGA: Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Aid with opening and closing duties
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Maintain shift productivity and team performance
• Support cash handling and register operations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Good communication, positive attitude, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
