Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Aid with opening and closing duties
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
- Assist with training and coaching team members
- Maintain shift productivity and team performance
- Support cash handling and register operations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Good communication, positive attitude, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
