Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our front-of-house team! As a Customer Service Team Member at KFC, owned and operated by White Management, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Take and process orders accurately (in-person and drive-thru)
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Prepare and package food orders quickly and correctly
• Maintain a clean dining and front counter area
• Aid customers with questions and concerns professionally
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability (Weekends a must)
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided

Pay Range

$16 per hour
