KFC Plattsburgh: Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to KFC recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and ovens safely
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper portioning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Work efficiently with team members
• Restock and manage inventory as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability (Weekends a must)
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
