What You’ll Do Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurantDeliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quicklyHelp oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy complianceMaintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanlinessManage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitabilityAnticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly What You Bring At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferredMust be at least 18 years oldAvailability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per weekAbility to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment Why KBP? The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $18.50 per hour - $20.00 per hour
