Keynote Production Lead
About the role
The Keynote Production Lead will oversee the planning and execution of ServiceNow’s strategic events, focusing on the mainstage keynote program at the Knowledge annual customer event and other events. This role requires a strong background in event production, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the mainstage keynote program.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including ServiceNow executives, the brand, content, keynote, and creative teams, and the Strategic Events org to ensure a high-quality, industry-leading keynote experience.
- Oversee end-to-end keynote production including vendor management, stage and scenic design, technical production details, the attendee experience, and logistics.
- Own the keynote production project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead the execution and implementation of project timelines, milestone tracking, speaker readiness, rehearsals, and the successful delivery of the Knowledge keynote program.
- Bring clarity to the overall keynote experience — act as the primary production contact for internal stakeholders and external partners during the event planning and execution phases.
- Overall communication with key stakeholders to aid in the execution of the keynote program.
- Develop and present the overall keynote production strategy and experience.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, managing relationships to maintain high quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate on other keynote projects within the Strategic Events portfolio.
- Bring fresh thinking and push boundaries to drive overall success.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of proven live production talent with extensive experience managing elite level keynote programs and working directly with executive leadership.
- Skilled project manager with demonstrated experience managing large scale events.
- Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, track projects, and meet urgent deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization — including ServiceNow executives and their offices.
Benefits
ServiceNow offers a competitive base pay range of $102,300 - $179,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
