About the role

As a visionary creative designer, you will translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and pixel-perfect visual experiences for leadership and across the organization, elevating crucial communications and setting new design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop sophisticated and highly polished presentations for Director-level and above audiences.
  • Receive high-level direction and provide innovative design options and solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Proactively engage with multiple teams to source content, data, and key information, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all designs.
  • Drive and manage presentation projects independently from concept to completion, maintaining efficiency, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information into easily digestible and visually compelling formats.
  • Design and create high-fidelity device and screen mock-ups to showcase concepts and experiences.
  • Contribute to elevating the organization’s design capabilities by developing a comprehensive repository of presentation templates, robust design systems, and practical how-to guides for the broader marketing team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated high-level proficiency in leading presentation design software.
  • Expertise in supporting graphic design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with best practices for building impactful and visually engaging presentations.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong experience and aptitude in creating device and screen compositions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect final versions and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Proactive collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and leadership.
