About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets.

This role includes responsibility for essential retail operations such as cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rotating basis, and mentoring the sales team to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to inspire and mentor the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and manage store opening/closing duties.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ensure smooth store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Utilize retail point-of-sale software for transactions and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience, including cash handling and store opening/closing, is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring, is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.63 to $29.38, depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The exact rate may vary based on geographic location.

This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education-related programs, and participation in a competitive bonus program with potential for overachievement based on performance and company results.
