About the role
Fashion Shift Lead / Keyholder is a flexible on-site role supporting daily store operations. This position includes supervising team members, performing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring an organized, welcoming sales floor. The Keyholder helps oversee the buying process by evaluating incoming clothing and accessories, pricing items, and maintaining inventory standards aligned with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Buying and evaluating incoming clothing and accessories
- Opening and closing store procedures
- Assisting and supervising staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with visual merchandising
- Resolving customer concerns
- Monitoring sales performance
- Supporting promotional activities
- Partnering with store leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Experience in retail or resale fashion
- High level of customer service, cash handling, and store operations knowledge
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support team members in a diverse, inclusive environment
- Interest in fashion trends and sustainable resale practices, with an eye for quality, style, and brand recognition
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn store-specific software
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Buy-Sell-Trade experience is appreciated

Pay
$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Locations available in Cypress, TX and The Woodlands, TX stores.
