Keyholder - Store (PT) Westfarms

About the role

A Kiehl’s Keyholder is a vital part of the store leadership team, assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll embody the spirit and heritage of our old-world apothecary, making a real impact in our community.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example: act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Drive store success: support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies.
• Manage operations: take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment.
• Develop talent: assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl’s brand.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; prior keyholder experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; no immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour.
