About the Role
As a Retail Keyholder with Tissot, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service and leadership on the selling floor. You will help build and implement client outreach initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and assist in daily store operations. Supporting the management team, you will work toward achieving customer service and sales goals while ensuring operational tasks and procedures are successfully executed. You will also assist in opening and closing routines, keeping the customer experience at the forefront. This role involves representing and demonstrating the Tissot brand both inside and outside the boutique.
Responsibilities

- Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones, tastes, and goals for future purchases.
- Assist team members in the sales process according to boutique protocols.
- Provide superior after-sale service to all clients.
- Use product knowledge and selection to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of client service through personalized contact and product maintenance.
- Complete all other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong experience in luxury retail, specifically in jewelry and timepieces.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in specialty retail.
- Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to arrive on time and work late as needed.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong judgment in all situations.
- Ability to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Strong clientele-building skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for approximately 5–8 hours per day, typically 5–7 days per week.
- During peak sales periods, may work long hours (1–12 hours per day).
- May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
- Regularly lift items weighing 5–25 lbs without assistance; occasionally may lift heavier items.
- Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.
- Finger dexterity is necessary.
Pay
$22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience. Commissions are also part of the compensation for this role.
