About the role
The Keyholder will serve as a senior sales leader and trusted brand ambassador at the luxury fashion house's new flagship pop-up in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Support daily leadership, opening and closing the store
- Set the standard for service, selling, and brand representation
- Execute transactions while cultivating long-term relationships
- Style with intention and consistently outperform sales goals
- Cultivate a robust book of business in the West Palm Beach/Palm Beach area
Requirements
- 2+ years experience within luxury fashion
- Exceeds individual sales targets
- Strong clienteling skills
- Understanding of luxury service standards, styling, and floor etiquette
- Comfortable opening and closing the store and acting as Manager-on-Duty
- Familiarity with Shopify POS (preferred)
- Full-time retail schedule including weekends/evenings
- A strong book of business in the West Palm Beach/Palm Beach area

- Proven luxury sales professional with a passion for fashion and client experience
- High-performing seller with a strong personal client book
- Charismatic, polished, and emotionally intelligent with natural influence on the floor
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting store leadership
- Energized by fast-paced, high-touch retail environments
