The Retail team creates transformative in-store experiences across seventeen locations, fostering community through product education, world-class service, and operational excellence.

About the role

This is a full-time position requiring open availability, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and an average of at least 30 hours per week. Keyholders must work at least two Fridays and Sundays per month, three Saturdays per month, and two closing shifts each week. Scheduling accommodations can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Embody brand standards and core values by delivering best-in-class, exceptional customer service to every person, every time
• Create personalized and memorable experiences for each customer, expanding on a love of travel to drive community and connection
• Take accountability for the success of in-store processes and operations
• Meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals while supporting overall store success
• Lead, support, and guide a team of retail associates
• Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring their training enables them to meet customer experience standards
• Coach and give feedback to team members to support their development and ability to better assist customers and store operations
• Partner with store management to assist with marketing events and programming at the store

Requirements

• Growing retail, customer service, or hospitality leader who inspires others, drives results, and fosters learning

Pay

Pay rate: $24.00 hourly. This role is eligible to participate in Away’s Retail Incentive Bonus Plan, with terms determined at the company’s discretion.
