Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through exceptional selling skills and customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting, and consistent store environment.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including overseeing store operations and managing staff.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Prioritize experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay adaptable to changes in retail and fashion trends.
- Possess a keen interest in fashion and a proactive approach to learning about current trends.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the day.
