Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example through strong selling skills and excellent customer service, enhancing the shopping experience and encouraging customer loyalty.
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
- Operate the cash register, utilizing your product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including handling store operations.
- Work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- Prior experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a similar role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering a memorable customer experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to various situations, environments, and job requirements.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and styles.

- Stand and walk throughout the day.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
