Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Lead by example through strong selling skills and excellent customer service, ensuring the team delivers a memorable shopping experience. - Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment. - Operate the cash register, leveraging product knowledge to boost add-on sales. - Assume managerial responsibilities when the store manager is absent, including handling store operations. - Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

- Prior experience in specialty/apparel retail management, particularly in a comparable role, with a track record of leading teams to success and achieving high sales performance. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver a positive customer experience. - Flexibility to adapt to various situations, environments, and job requirements. - Stay updated on fashion trends and industry developments.

Physical Requirements

- Stand and walk throughout the day. - Lift and move merchandise and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. - Reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment.
