About the role

The Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN, responsible for supporting daily store operations and acting as a leader when management is not present. The role requires reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store
• Overseeing cash handling procedures
• Maintaining store security
• Assisting customers on the sales floor
• Providing styling and product recommendations
• Ensuring an elevated customer experience aligned with The Nash Collection's brand standards
• Merchandising and restocking inventory
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Training or guiding team members on procedures and service expectations

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive interactions for all shoppers
• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Communication, with the ability to engage customers, recommend products, and represent the brand clearly and professionally
• Solid Product Knowledge in fashion and accessories, with the ability to learn and articulate key features, styling options, and brand stories
• Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in apparel, lifestyle, or boutique environments
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and comfort with keyholder responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak event days
• Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and readiness to support team members and adapt to changing store needs
