About the role

We’re looking for Part-Time Sales Associates to provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You’ll maximize store sales by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring high energy and passion while delivering expert-level product knowledge
• Create a fun, interactive atmosphere, including in-store demos
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
• Assist with daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, and stock management

Requirements

• Strong customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team setting
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Punctual and dependable
• Demonstration experience is an asset
