Keyholder ADC Trainer

About the role

As a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder at Goodwill Manasota, you will provide world-class customer service to all internal and external customers. You will partner with the leadership team to maintain a high-quality donation site, including overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service. You will also open and close the donation center as required, report team member absences, assign duties as applicable, and complete control of operation functions as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site
• Open and close as required including reporting Team Member absence
• Assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work independently
• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
