As a Three Oaks Hospitality concept nestled within the iconic Armature Works property, we've built something special: a Southern-inspired kitchen and chophouse where grass-fed beef from Florida's finest producers meets handcrafted dishes rooted in simplicity and soul. Steelbach is seeking an experienced restaurant professional to join our Front of House leadership team. We are looking for a motivated leader with strong operational skills and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. This is a part-time position paying $25.00 per hour. Ideal candidates must be able to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude, with availability to open and/or close the store, and completion of pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the store
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Produce high-quality food
• Communicate effectively with team and guests
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
• Resolve customer complaints, guide guests, and provide relevant information
• Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions on a register and maintain proper cash accountability
• Collaborate with other managers on achieving store goals
• Greet customers and provide a fun experience for both customers and team

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant operations and FOH leadership
• Strong knowledge of restaurant POS systems, including order entry, payment processing, and shift management
• Computer skills, including internet navigation and online restaurant management platforms
• Ability to lead a team and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling Guest Recovery Scenarios, resolving guest complaints, and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes
• Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
