Key Holder (Product Replenishment Driver)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aid the store team in meeting key metrics and daily sales goals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory levels to meet daily and weekly standards.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from off-site storage facilities to manage product replenishment.
• Use creativity in visual merchandising and prepare products for display.
• Update the Retail Store Manager on operational needs.
• Support new Brand Ambassadors with training and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and interact with customers to assess needs and facilitate product sales.
• Stay updated on new products and changes to operating processes.
• Operate a computer software POS system for the check-out process.
• Show professionalism and proactively address customer concerns.
• Recommend process improvements and collaborate with management to implement changes.
• Maintain store inventory and cleanliness.
• Achieve personal and team objectives outlined throughout the year.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• College degree preferred.
• Two years of previous retail sales experience with a luxury brand preferred.
• Experience with Shopify systems and Shopify POS preferred.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Successful completion and favorable results of a criminal history, employment background, and motor vehicle check.
