About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will lead by example, modeling behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets.
You will also handle essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience seeking their first supervisory opportunity and a long-term, fulfilling career with a leader in prestige beauty.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
- Lead by example to inspire and mentor the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Perform start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
- Drive sales and customer service targets through coaching and team leadership.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable).
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable).
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
