About the role

As the Wilson Retail Key Holder, you are an integral part of the store leadership team. You embody Wilson’s core values and our commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience for both Athlete Advisors and customers. You’ll support innovative community experiences and help drive the store’s success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class in-store experience as an individual employee and floor leader.
• Provide feedback and coaching to your team to achieve the daily sales plan.
• Support visual merchandising sets and moves.
• Accurately and efficiently receive and process inventory.
• Assist with store projects and brand initiatives.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with your team and store leadership.
• Open and close the store as the store leader, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
• Attend monthly group tennis lessons.
• Support community activations and ambassador relationships.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a sales environment.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional consumer experience every day.
• Strong interpersonal skills—you thrive on connecting with people and solving their needs.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Driven by autonomy and excels in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Values bold ideas and pursues progress relentlessly.

• Experience leading a team and supporting store management.

Pay

$19.50/hr - $22.50/hr at the time of this posting.
