Ideal Candidate

• Previous sales experience.
• A passion for clothing that celebrates feel‑good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Ability to listen to customers’ needs and provide the best service.
• Proactive and conscientious attitude.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods, depending on availability.
• Desire for a career that constantly offers new challenges.
• Functional bilingualism (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products, answering questions, explaining quality, materials, and technical features, and suggesting additional items.
• Be available to customers in the fitting room.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals, supported by training.
• Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers.
• Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store and backstore.
• Stay informed about new products and share top picks with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Respect and apply head‑office policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team, including opening and closing the store.

Pay

Hourly salary: $15.00 – $18.00.

• Permanent, full‑time.
