About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Store. This role involves using coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, providing exemplary customer service, and managing cash handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through outstanding coaching and mentoring skills
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Open and close the store on a rota basis

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store (desirable)
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable)
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.63 to $29.38. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
