About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving all sales and customer service targets.

You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation, and you will have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience who is looking for their first supervisory experience and the first step toward a long-term, fulfilling career with a leader in prestige beauty.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to model behaviors that inspire and guide the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Perform essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
• Ensure smooth and efficient store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable but not essential.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others, is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.39 to $32.31. The exact hourly rate depends on several factors, such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The hourly range may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
