About the role
The Key Holder position at the Nashville store is responsible for managing the security and access control systems. This includes ensuring that all staff members have proper access to their areas and handling any emergencies related to security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor access control systems to ensure secure entry and exit for employees and visitors.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including responding to alarms and assisting with evacuations.
- Train new employees on security protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding security and access control.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a security-related field, preferably in retail or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
Shifts are typically from 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and holiday coverage required.
