Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and metrics by supporting the leadership team with store opening and closing coverage.
- Help drive the in-store experience through excellent customer service and friendly interactions with associates.
- Resolve customer service issues as needed and promote and sell products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that registers are properly opened and closed, doors are opened and locked, and alarms are set correctly.
- Support store manager with management and coordination of the daily operations of the store.
- Communicate results from CSL walks with store leadership.
Requirements
- Must participate in Service Excellence leadership training.
- Must be 18 or rising senior in high school with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and close store one to two nights per week.
Qualifications
- Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a good or better on their last performance appraisal.
