Key Holder Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and metrics by supporting the leadership team with store opening and closing coverage.
  • Help drive the in-store experience through excellent customer service and friendly interactions with associates.
  • Resolve customer service issues as needed and promote and sell products to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that registers are properly opened and closed, doors are opened and locked, and alarms are set correctly.
  • Support store manager with management and coordination of the daily operations of the store.
  • Communicate results from CSL walks with store leadership.

Requirements

  • Must participate in Service Excellence leadership training.
  • Must be 18 or rising senior in high school with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in retail preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and close store one to two nights per week.

Qualifications

  • Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a good or better on their last performance appraisal.
