Job Description
The Key Carrier role at TJX Companies is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate between these roles based on store needs, primarily performing the Coordinator role but occasionally taking on a leadership role as a Key Carrier.
- Maintains all aspects of the store, including customer service and store operations.
- Acts as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure.
- Prioritizes tasks and addresses immediate customer service issues.
- Coaches Associates and ensures they adhere to operational procedures.
- Communicates with management and Associates to set and address priorities.
- Provides feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
- Trains Associates to increase effectiveness and promotes credit and loyalty programs.
- Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Maintains a safe environment and promotes safety awareness.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- One year retail experience, six months leadership experience.

Starting Pay Range
The starting pay range for this position is $15.25 to $15.75 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
