Job Description
The Key Carrier role at TJX Companies is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate between these roles based on store needs, primarily performing the Coordinator role but occasionally taking on a leadership role as a Key Carrier.
- Maintains all aspects of the store, including customer service, confidentiality, and adherence to store plans.
- Manages immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
- Ensures accurate Associate coverage and adherence to operational procedures.
- Communicates with management and Associates to set and address priorities, providing progress updates.
- Provides feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
- Promotes associate training needs to enhance effectiveness.
- Maintains compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
Who We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- One year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience preferred.

Starting Pay Range
The starting pay range for this position is $17.50 to $18.00 per hour. The actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
