For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Key Accounts Director to join the team. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Translate national brand strategies into regional engagement plans
  • Lead account strategy focused on clinical pathway inclusion post-launch
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts for educational and market access initiatives
  • Build multi-level connections with healthcare decision-makers in oncology
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address access and reimbursement challenges
  • Analyze market dynamics to inform strategic access decisions
  • Negotiate contracts aligned with market access strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, market access, or oncology commercial roles
  • Established relationships across IDNs, Academic Centers, and community oncology networks
  • Strong understanding of oncology reimbursement and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills for engaging leadership and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to communicate the value of innovative oncology therapies
  • Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record

Pay

$205,000 – $240,000 annually
