Your role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be close to our customers, driving strategic growth and nurturing relationships with our key accounts. Your mission is to build a sales strategy that drives business growth by identifying opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. By joining our team, you will contribute significantly to the future of our business. You will report to the Texas Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key EPC firms.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, project managers, and engineering teams.
- Identify, track, and qualify major capital projects through EPC channels.
- Act as the central EPC interface across regions.
- Cook up with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers where EPCs drive projects outside core geography.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection and system solutions.
Requirements

- You have 7-10 years of experience, working in industrial equipment or capital project sales.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of EPC project execution and sales cycles.
- Experience in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals or pharmaceuticals.
- Pioneering ability to manage complex, multi-year sales opportunities.
