Key Account Manager - San Francisco, California

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with the sales team to ensure customer and patient success
• Monitor and enhance customer and account performance metrics
• Act as the main contact for internal teams regarding customer needs
• Train customers on the company service tools and technologies
• Quickly resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
• Evaluate customer workflows and suggest process efficiencies
• Manage onboarding and ongoing support for assigned accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years in sales or account management for large or complex accounts
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment
• Self-directed and proactive
• Effective communication and influencing skills for stakeholders
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office

Pay

$105,000 – $105,000 annually
