Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales with existing OEM integrators.
- Develop account plans and strategies to increase share of wallet.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including engineering, procurement, and leadership.
- Identify and engage new OEM integrators and strategic partners.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions to position products effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for new platforms.
- Understand customer applications and translate needs into pump solutions.
- Work closely with product management and engineering to influence product development based on market feedback.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights to leadership on market dynamics and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data.
- Report regularly on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
- Position requires approximately 15-20% travel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Industrial sales contract negotiation, whether directly or indirectly through integrators.
- Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, pumps, fluid handling, or OEM equipment preferred. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving new business. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex applications. Experience working with Military OEM integrators in industries such as HVAC, water treatment, or rotating equipment. Familiarity with pump technologies (centrifugal, positive displacement, wastewater, surface pumps, etc.). Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
