About the role
Myriad Genetics is seeking exceptional Key Account Sales professionals to lead the integration of genomics solutions into healthcare delivery. As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will shape how health systems adopt and scale precision medicine, focusing on EMR and digital integrations, screening programs, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead EMR and digital integrations that embed Myriad solutions into clinical workflows by identifying optimal integration pathways, partnering with IT and clinical teams, and driving post-go-live adoption.
Design and optimize screening and patient identification programs by assessing and refining workflows, implementing screening practices, and supporting tools like questionnaires and registries.
Ensure successful execution of Myriad’s strategic priorities by leading product launches, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving adoption through workflow implementation and continuous optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred, with 7+ years of field sales experience, including 5+ years in health system account management, EMR implementation, clinical operations, or digital health programs.
Reside within assigned territory; ability to travel 50–75%.
Proven experience across EMR/EHR workflows, interoperability, program execution, analytics, and change enablement.
Commercial acumen, systems thinking, problem-solving, and customer-centric decision-making skills.
Ability to influence without authority, manage complexity, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated OTE: $235,796 – $274,746 annually (base + at-target incentive)
