Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with C and D-Suite executives in key accounts
  • Develop partnerships with local key opinion leaders and stakeholders
  • Analyze local environment and account models to create effective plans
  • Lead execution and accountability for co-developed project plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical/marketing/sales experience preferred
  • At least three years in a promoted position or developmental role with demonstrated leadership
  • Management or Account Management experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and develop teams
