Key Account Manager
About the role
WSP is initiating a search for an Account Manager to support one of our most strategic freight rail clients. Locations for this role includes but not limited to Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, or Omaha office. This leadership role will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of comprehensive environmental services within the transportation and rail infrastructure space, while serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for the client. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary programs, oversee account performance, and strengthen WSP's partnership with this important client through exceptional project execution, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and commercial success. This position offers the opportunity to support critical rail infrastructure initiatives for one of North America's largest transportation networks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary account manager and client-facing lead for environmental services.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support growth of the account and WSP’s strategic freight rail program within the Earth & Environment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client stakeholders, project sponsors, and operational leaders.
